Agreement to These Terms

By accessing urtech.co or urtech.ae, or purchasing URTECH products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

About URTECH

URTECH designs and sells premium technology accessories. We operate across Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, China, and the United Kingdom. Our principal contact address is URTECH, Dubai, UAE.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase from URTECH. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Products and Availability

We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions, and specifications accurately. Actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances and screen calibration. Product availability is not guaranteed and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the local currency of the storefront and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed by trusted third-party providers; we do not store full card details on our servers.

Orders and Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Acceptance is confirmed when we issue an order confirmation email. We may cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Returns and Refunds

You may return unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less return shipping. Defective products are covered by our warranty (see Section 9). Custom or personalized items are non-returnable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receipt.

Warranty

URTECH products carry a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact support@urtech.co with your order number and a description of the issue.

Intellectual Property

All content on urtech.co and urtech.ae — including the URTECH name, logo, product designs, photography, and text — is owned by URTECH or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without our written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the website to: violate any law, infringe our or any third party's rights, transmit harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the site.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, URTECH's total liability arising from your use of our website or products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify URTECH against any claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our products or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Doha, Qatar, except where local consumer protection law in the UAE, China, or UK grants you additional rights that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
